To prevent premature birth and suffering
Over the past few years there has been a great increase in the number of women taking part in the self-care program, or asking for professional advice. This can be attributed to the good results and to the fact that the program is becoming more and more well-known. We are very pleased indeed about this great success.
Since the end of the year 2000 our institute has been finanzed almost entirely by donations and endowments.
We are doing our utmost that the costs of the self-care program completely are taken over by the health insurance companies. We can report some success already: since the end of the year 2003 four health insurances companies in Germany are offering their pregnant members the self-care sets (test gloves and info-material) free of charge within the framework of a general model project. So we can hope that within a few years the self-care program will be available to all pregnant women free of charge. But until then our self-care program and our free advice offer must remain available to all women. This is why we are asking you to help us with financial support.
Every contribution helps expectant mothers to detect possible complications themselves early in the pregnancy, and then to combat any danger by immediately contacting their physician and receiving suitable care resp. therapeutic countermeasures if necessary.
If you would like to support us with a donation, please give us your address, so that we can send you a donation receipt.
